Welcome to the website of the California Republican Assembly in Orange County!Chartered in 1934, the CRA is the state’s oldest and largest Republican volunteer organization. CRA works to elect Republican candidates who stand unwaveringly for conservative Republican principles. The CRA is an official ancillary of the California Republican Party. President Ronald Reagan called the CRA, "the conscience of the Republican Party." The CRA operates locally through chartered units in specific geographical areas. In Orange County there are thirteen local charted units for the CRA representing cities all across the most Republican County in the USA. Most local units meet monthly with guest speakers. They also help elect Republicans to office who hold conservative Republican values and principles. The Presidents of the local units meet quarterly in the OC CRA President’s Council. To find out where the local CRA unit is in your area, go to our link for Local OC Units for unit contact information and the geographical areas each unit encompasses. For a list of current events and meetings of the OC CRA, go to the link for Monthly Meetings. For more information about the principles CRA stands for we invite you to go to the link entitled “What We Believe.” |
